KETCHIKAN (Your Alaska Link) - The Ketchikan Fire Department is one step closer to bringing its integrated healthcare program to life. On Wednesday, they received a $250,000 grant, bringing their total to $400,000. The program will pair a paramedic with a social worker to help alleviate the strain on 9-1-1 and create more individualized responses.
